We usually need just a few days’ notice to book our expert glitter artists for smaller events. But between May and September our busiest festival season - we get booked up super fast! For large festivals, or if you want to add face painters, hair braiders, or an event manager, we recommend booking 4 to 6 months in advance to guarantee availability and create the best possible festival activation experience.

Yes! Our teams regularly travel across the UK for festivals, brand activations, and corporate events. Travel and accommodation arrangements can be included in your booking.

A: Setup times vary depending on the station and event scale. Smaller stations like a single Glitter Bar or Gem & Jewel Bar can usually be ready in 15–30 minutes, while larger or multi-station activations may take 1–2 hours to ensure everything is fully operational and polished. Our team coordinates closely with your event staff to guarantee a smooth, seamless setup.
