📦 Order Processing Times
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days.
Wholesale & stockist orders: 3-5 working days.
During peak seasons (Christmas, festival months), dispatch may take the full allotted time.
If you need your order urgently, add a note at checkout and we’ll do our best.
During Royal Mail strikes or disruptions, we may use alternative couriers.
Fulfilment time = how long we take to prepare your order.
Shipping time = how long the carrier takes after dispatch.
Some items are available with Amazon Prime for speedy delivery.
We genuinely appreciate your patience - angry emails, sadly, do not make glitter travel faster, but they do make our inbox a little sad 😢
🇬🇧 United Kingdom Shipping
Royal Mail 1st Class - Delivery aim: 1 business day
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Delivery aim: 2-4 business days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Delivery aim: 1 business day
Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next day by 1pm
Please note: Royal Mail 2nd Class/Tracked 48 deliveries are now less frequent depending on your area (often arriving every other day). Royal Mail no longer deliver on Saturdays, so we recommend choosing a tracked or express option if you need your order by a specific date.
Free Shipping UK
We offer free UK standard shipping on orders of £50 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout - no code required. Please note that this offer cannot be combined with other discounts, and the order total must be £75+ after any promotions are applied.
Local collection/delivery is only available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised selections will be cancelled.

🌍 International Shipping
We ship all international orders using Royal Mail International Tracked.
If Royal Mail experiences delays, we may use an alternative courier.
Customs & Import Fees:
We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means any duties, VAT, or handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
If customs fees are refused, parcels may be returned. We cannot refund shipping costs for returned or refused parcels.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 14 working days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Delivery Issues (Marked as Delivered)
If tracking shows your order as Delivered, this is confirmation from the carrier that it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please check any safe places, neighbours, building reception/concierge, and contact your local delivery office/carrier for further details.
If the parcel is still missing after this, please message us within 48 hours so we can advise on next steps.
Please note: once a parcel is marked as delivered, we may ask you to provide information (such as confirmation from the carrier) so we can assess the situation.

We’re thrilled to offer reliable tracked delivery to the USA!

Shipping Rate: $14.99 USD - Royal Mail International Tracked

Shipping biodegradable glitter internationally is surprisingly expensive (around £20/$25).
To keep shipping affordable, we’ve adjusted US product pricing and introduced the minimum spend so we can subsidise part of this cost for you.

Minimum Order Value: $35 CAD
Shipping Rate: $24.99 CAD - Tracked International
Delivery Aim: 6-7 business days (depending on customs and local postal service)
Import Duties & Taxes:
Canadian customs may charge additional fees upon arrival. These vary by province and are not included in product or shipping costs.
Once Canada Post marks a parcel as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

📬 Delivery Issues & Important Notes
Delays
Delays caused by customs, peak-season traffic, or courier backlogs are outside our control.
We cannot replace or refund items until the carrier’s delay window has passed.
Communal Mailboxes / Apartments
Packages may be left in shared areas or with building management.
Please use a secure delivery address where possible — we are not responsible for missing items once marked delivered.
Risk of Loss After Delivery Scan
Once a carrier marks your parcel as “delivered,” responsibility shifts to the recipient.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Failure to collect
Refusal to pay customs fees
→ Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs only.
🔄 Returns
Returns are accepted only with prior approval.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
