Booking Info
What locations do you serve for festival activations?
Absolutely! We travel across the UK for festivals and large-scale events. We just ask that travel and accommodation costs are covered, so our glitter team arrives fresh and ready to shine. We'll confirm all the details with you during booking.
What do you need us to provide for the setup?
To keep the glitter flowing smoothly, we’ll need a cozy little space to call home!
Ideally, the setup area should:
- Be sheltered from rain, sun, and wind (think: gazebo, tent, marquee)
- Have flat, clean ground (no mud baths, please!)
- Be set up and ready before our sparkle start time
We’ll bring all the glittery gear and tools we need - but if tables, chairs, or power access are required, we’ll let you know in advance. Some setups might need a plug socket or running water, depending on what’s booked.
What time do your services finish?
We glitter hard, but we wrap things up by 10pm sharp - no late-night sparkle shifts here!
What size team should I book for my event?
For bookings over 3 hours, we require a minimum of 2 glitter artists to maintain high-quality work, keep the sparkle flowing, and ensure everyone gets a well-earned breather.
For large-scale or high-footfall events, a minimum of 2–3 artists may be essential to manage volume effectively. If you're planning a busy activation or want to create a big visual impact, we’ll work with you to build the right-sized team to keep things running smoothly, safely and sparkly!
How much notice do you need for bookings?
We usually need just a few days’ notice to book our expert glitter artists for smaller events. But between May and September our busiest festival season - we get booked up super fast! For large festivals, or if you want to add face painters, hair braiders, or an event manager, we recommend booking 4 to 6 months in advance to guarantee availability and create the best possible festival activation experience.
Do your artists need breaks?
Yes, please! For bookings longer than 3 hours, our team needs short breaks to keep the glitter (and energy) flowing.
Do you need help with equipment transport?
If your event space is tricky to access (fields, back gates, long walks), we’ll need help moving our kit - or a vehicle pass. Let’s chat about it in advance!
What if there is no shelter at the venue?
No shelter = no sparkle. Our artists need a safe, covered space to protect against sun, wind, or rain. Think marquee, gazebo, or a pop-up tent.
Do I need to provide any equipment?
No worries - we bring all the glitter, brushes, face paint kits, and creative supplies needed to dazzle your guests. We do ask that you provide basic setup items like tables and chairs, plus access to power and water if needed for your booking. We’ll let you know ahead of time if any special setup is needed!
Can I book more than glitter artists?
Yes! We can add face painters, hair braiders, temporary tattoo stations, or even an event manager to your booking. Just let us know what you have in mind and we’ll create the perfect team!
