It depends on your guest count and which bar you choose. As a guide: up to 50 guests needs one artist, 100-200 guests needs two to three, and 300+ guests needs three or more or a multi-station setup.
The Paint & Glitter Fusion Bar is more detailed work, so it needs more artists for the same crowd. Send us your brief and we’ll recommend the right setup.
The Signature Glitz Bar is fast and high-impact, at about 20-25 guests per hour per artist, using glitter and gems. The Paint & Glitter Fusion Bar combines freehand face painting with glitter accents, at about 10–14 guests per hour per artist, for more bespoke, photo-ready designs.
All of our services have a minimum booking period of 2 hours.
As early as you can. We recommend booking several months ahead, especially for peak times like summer and the Christmas party season. If you need custom branded stencils or neon signage, allow 4-6 weeks for the build. Got a shorter timeline? Get in touch and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Yes. We travel across the UK and internationally. Tell us your location in your enquiry, and we’ll include any travel and accommodation costs in your quote.
We bring a styled tabletop setup, including an LED vanity mirror and fairy lighting. We’ll need space for the table and your artists, plus access to a power socket nearby. Send us your venue details and we’ll confirm exactly what we need.
Yes. We can supply risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for your venue and event. Our insurance certificate is available on request, so just let us know what your venue or organisation requires.
Our core offering is our plant-cellulose bioglitter, and it’s what we use as standard. For certain looks, particularly on the Paint & Glitter Fusion Bar, we can also offer conventional cosmetic glitter that isn’t bio-based. If you’d prefer bioglitter only, just tell us and we’ll set up your bar that way. All our glitter is cosmetic-grade and skin-safe. Chunky glitter isn’t applied near the immediate eye area, where only fine glitter should be used. If any guest has sensitive skin or allergies, they can tell our artists on the day for advice.
Your quote and booking agreement set out the deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms in full, so you’ll see everything before you confirm your date.
