Absolutely! We travel across the UK for festivals, retail roadshows, and large-scale corporate events. We just ask that travel and accommodation costs are covered so our creative team arrives fresh and ready to perform. We'll confirm all the details with you during the booking process.

To keep the glitter flowing smoothly, we’ll need a cozy little space to call home!
Ideally, the setup area should:

• Be sheltered from rain, sun, and wind (think: gazebo, tent, marquee)
• Have flat, clean ground (no mud baths, please!)
• Be set up and ready before our sparkle start time

We’ll bring all the glittery gear and tools we need - but if tables, chairs, or power access are required, we’ll let you know in advance. Some setups might need a plug socket or running water, depending on what’s booked.

We glitter hard, but we wrap things up by 10pm sharp - no late-night sparkle shifts here!

For all bookings we require a minimum of 2 artists to maintain high-quality work, keep the queues moving smoothly, and ensure seamless guest interactions. For large-scale or high-footfall events, a larger team of 3 to 6+ artists may be essential to manage volume effectively. Whether you are mixing face painters, airbrush artists, and glitter bars, we will work closely with you to build the perfectly sized team for your footfall.

We can occasionally accommodate smaller, local events with just a few days' notice. However, between May and September, peak UK festival and corporate summer party season, our agency calendar fills up incredibly fast. For large festivals or activations requiring a multi-service team (such as combining face painters, airbrush artists, and hair braiders), we highly recommend booking 4 to 6 months in advance to secure availability and guarantee a flawless setup.

Yes, please! For bookings longer than 3 hours, our team needs short breaks to keep the glitter (and energy) flowing.

If your event space is tricky to access (fields, back gates, long walks), we’ll need help moving our kit - or a vehicle pass. Let’s chat about it in advance!

No shelter = no sparkle. Our artists need a safe, covered space to protect against sun, wind, or rain. Think marquee, gazebo, or a pop-up tent.

No worries - we bring all the glitter, brushes, face paint kits, and creative supplies needed to dazzle your guests.
